What is the cost to rent an item ?

The rental costs are on the Product pages. The delivery cost is extra.

Can you help install the car seat ?

I can help by demonstrating the installation and helping you but the insurance will not cover installation.

What if an item is not on the website ?

Occasionally we can order a specific item if we have not got that listed. Please email us and we will do our best to help. 

Can you help me choose a suitable car seat ?

Absolutely ! Let us know the weight and age of the child and what car (if you know) will it be fitted into ?

How and when do I pay ?

There is a non refundable reservation fee of £10 to secure your booking. The balance is payable on Arrival or Collection day. Payment is by card or bank transfer.

Do you deliver further than 20 miles from the business address ?

No but we do offer flexible customer collections Mon to Sat 7am – 7pm.

How much notice do you need for delivery ?

Our deliveries and collections are all undertaken by ourselves and we do not use couriers so we normally have 2 weeks booked out at a time. However, if you have an urgent request please email with flight numbers and we will try and help.
